Due to the personal, intimate, and hygienic nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items, even if they are unopened. Please choose your products carefully.

Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items)

We stand by the quality of our products. We will only provide a replacement or refund for items that are:

  1. Defective (Dead on Arrival – DOA): The item does not function correctly right out of the box.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: We sent you a different item than what you ordered.

How to Report an Issue
